Our office cleaning quality management procedures are constantly monitored and managed on a regular basis to achieve the highest quality services. Our in-house quality control manual sets out the process and procedures that determine how the service would be organised and planned.

In order to keep a close eye on the quality we have a policy of a dedicated team of City Care Cleaning staff and a one designated contract manager who can be reached 24/7 per each cleaning contract.
